<p><strong>Director of Nursing / Registered Nurse / Home Care</strong></p><p>We have recently partnered with a very progressive, well run, and growing Home Care organization here in Florida. They have recently promoted their Director of Nursing in Spring Hill to a Regional Director and are now looking for an experienced nurse leader to join the team. </p><p><strong>Our client offers the following benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 (Based off of years of experience)</li><li>Health Insurance-Employer contributes &lt; 50% of the premium</li><li>Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO): 2-4 weeks in your first year</li><li>Retirement Package: 401(k) with a 3%-5% match</li><li>Up to 15% Bonus-Based on organizational goals and metrics<strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>Our client is searching for a driven, compassionate, and empowering Director of Nursing. </p><ul><li>Provide clinical leadership and oversight.</li><li>Manages client and customer relationships through excellent customer service.</li><li>Ensures that the patient care services provided, and the role of nursing is appropriate to the scope and level of care required by the patients served.</li><li>Ensures compliance with appropriate regulatory and licensing agencies.</li><li>Assures the standards of care that are consistent through collaboration with the Administrator and in accordance with clinical patient needs, service line care delivery, and nationally recognized standards.</li><li>Develops short and long term goals based upon organization wide goals and growth objectives and may develop operating budgets for the nursing and ancillary departments.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Registered Nurse in the State of Florida</li><li>5 years of Management/Leadership experience-preferred</li><li>1 year as a Manager or Director-Required</li><li>Willing to consider candidates with a background in Home Health, SNF, ALF and LTAC</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Please apply<br />or<br />send an updated resume to jbellante@theipgteam.com<br />or<br />https://integrityplacementgroup.com/open_positions/</p><p>#ZR</p>
