Job Title Director, Account Management Overview • Responsible for setting sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with country strategy and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume, and revenue growth • Leads and manages existing customer relationships alone and together with other Account Managers of the country, to identify opportunities and customer needs • Partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support • Responsible for pipeline management at the country level • The candidate most be able to close agreements were cash incentives are minimal • “A good salesperson should be charismatic, quick-witted, passionate, informative and above all… Care and Develop OTHERS” Role • Delivers against sales and net revenue targets • Designs strategies, messaging, and proposals for customers • Analyzes the customer’s business through profitability modeling financial forecasting and competitive analysis • Develops and implements sales plans including business development, marketing, and product management • Translates Customer’s pain-points into MC’s opportunities…beyond CASH. • Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against annual business plans • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Negotiates and executes on the customer agreement process • Identifies and recommends products to enhance the customers’ profitability • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically • Establish a sales training program to train new employees / other Account Managers • Provide excellent customer services at all levels of the customers including operations, marketing, finances…. Not just the business area. All About You • In depth experience executing and managing sales strategies for numerous complex or large accounts • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems • Taken a lead role in a customer negotiation • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices. • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines. • Excellent “Closing ” and leadership skills in customer negotiations. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with ALL management levels and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
