Responsibilities:

  • Lead an international team across multiple time zones responsible for managing order fulfilment of large volumes for a diverse product portfolio for the Americas region

  • Provide direction and strategy to implement operational setup for new markets in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership including but not limited to INCOTERMS, warehousing strategy, IT infrastructure, setting up legal and tax entities, etc.

  • Create and standardize business processes and KPIs based on data-driven metrics across the entire operations organization

  • Build and drive the implementation and maintenance of operations reporting tools and dashboards to improve forecasting accuracy, available to promise (ATP) tracking and OTD

  • Develop and track metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements

  • Monthly review and reconciliation of customer compliance and internal performance to supply agreement contractual terms

  • Lead quarterly business reviews in collaboration with sales executives for key customers

  • Accurately predict and forecast revenue, margin and financial progress against BOQ on a weekly basis to leadership team to manage P&L financials effectively

  • Work directly with products, marketing, sales, sales operations, and aftersales teams to jointly develop tightly coordinated regional operation plans

  • Manage communication between products, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, after sales and leadership team to improve operational efficiencies

  • Maintain close coordination with supply chain and manufacturing leadership as the voice of the customer

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and aftersales teams to educate customers on supply contracts and operational details around product deliveries

  • Constantly work hands-on with your team and with internal/external stakeholders

  • Mentor, coach, and develop the operations team

  • Facilitate global team projects and remove barriers to ensure success

  • Directly develop key customer relationships to establish Maxeon as the undisputed premium global solar brand

  • Determine market needs and communicate them to management and the executive leadership team

  • Periodically travel internationally to support sales team, visit customers and other internal company sites

  • Essential Qualifications:

  • MBA or other related graduate degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering

  • 15+ years managing international operations

  • Leadership skills in a multicultural organization

  • Deep knowledge of international trade and taxes especially on LATAM markets

  • Strong analytical, planning, revenue forecasting and presentation skills with ability to accurately anticipate, identify and meet the needs of diverse customers

  • Track record of delivering products on time and under budget with high customer satisfaction while balancing operational risk with P&L financials

  • Track record of negotiating, executing and managing complex master supply agreements and relationships with key accounts

  • Experience setting up, executing and managing business-to-business collaborations and large customer contracts

  • Experience managing corporate SIOP including D/S planning and NPI

  • Experience and knowledge of the most common CRMs and enterprise software (eg: Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Ability to design and deliver influential presentations

  • Firm grasp of operations, supply chain, inventory, distribution, logistics, transportation, and business management associated with delivering a high volume of diverse product portfolio across multiple regions

  • Experience defining, implementing and tracking safety stock strategies for a dynamic product mix

  • Attention to detail and proven track record of problem-solving abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and a reputation as a team player

  • Ability to distill and present information in a clear and compelling way for audiences from engineers to C- level executives to customers

  • Ability to build and strengthen an organization, building structure over time

  • Professional fluency in English

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of solar industry and knowledge of, or experience in the general energy market

  • Proven success executing and managing complex master supply agreements

  • Experience delivering products from a high-volume manufacturer
