POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for product and lifestyle content update and maintenance. Manage Swisher brands’ profiles on different social media and digital platforms. This includes maintaining a consistent voice of the brand from product introductions to event promotion to marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels - including but not limited to: website content, email marketing, display advertising, loyalty programs, social media and more.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning: Drive and track goals for engagement and growth through metrics and analytics. Conceptualize, execute, and report on engagement strategies. Keep up with relevant social media news, updates, tools, platforms, and best practices for growth and engagement. Interface with outside partners and agencies.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the current regulatory environment and ensure all content adheres to FDA or any government -related regulation. Knows how to interpret regulations.
  • Content Development & Management: Monitor community engagement. Maintain an active presence on social media platforms. Identify content gaps and provide recommendations for implementation based on driving maximum traffic and engagement. Work with digital team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, from conception through completion.
  • Brand Knowledge: Understanding both our corporate brand voice as well as the full line of Swisher brands and ensures our marketing efforts are in alignment. Understands the consumer engagement plan and the planning and logistics necessary to meet the deadlines and deliverables for multiple programs.
  • Communication: The ability to share ideas, thoughts and information persuasively with diverse internal and external audiences. To be able to engage effectively with multiple departments including creative, brand, technical resources and legal counsel.
  • Collaboration: Works directly with our agency partners daily to ensure our brands are well-supported, within budget and meeting our desired timelines, KPIs and strategic objectives. Partners with agency leads and internal business analytics team to design and monitor test and learn strategies for email marketing, social media, website treatments and other digital marketing channels. Can quickly review and understand reporting dashboards and presentations and utilizes data-driven insights to make marketing recommendations. For example, site traffic, online shopping conversions, email open and click through rates, social impressions and engagements.
  • Supports corporate and PR communications on social and websites and partners with marketing colleagues and human resources to drive employee engagement and strong talent recruitment.
  • Requirements

  • BA degree required, 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong time management skills
  • Passion for social media, mobile and digital social media design and creative trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project planning skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and work style
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesgin, Aftereffects)Knowledge of various marketing technologies included by not limited to HubSpot, Sprinklr and custom CMS(s) for website maintenance.
