Job Description

Our client in Plantation is looking for two Data Entry Clerks for a 2 month assignment that could go longer based on work load and performance. See below the duties and qualifications for the position. Candidates must have recent Data Entry experience and be ready to work asap. Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Reports to: QA Documentation Specialist and QA Managers



Specific Duties:

  • Aid in the population of Data import spreadsheets for Master Control Project.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered into spreadsheet.
  • Aid in the cross referencing of components within the spreadsheet.
  • Work concurrently with the Master Control implementation team to bring project to fruition

    Education and Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases; Knowledge of Master Control would be an asset but not required
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • High school degree or equivalent
