Data Entry Associate - Palm Beach Gardens

Palm Beach Gardens financial firm is looking for a Data Entry Clerk on a temp to hire basis.  This is a fast-paced environment in a deadline driven environment. Candidate must have processing skills along with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

•  Account set-up (data entry)

•  Process orders, financial data and follow-up

• Transmitting files

• Scanning

• Providing excellent customer service

• Process returned mail

Candidate should be able to multi-task (email reply/ research/ process) and be able to prioritize.  This is a high volume, very busy position.  Must have excellent data entry will be tested.
