Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local wholesale Building Products company. We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.

 Job requirements: 

Experience in providing quotes and good math skills

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Solid knowledge with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize various projects at the same time

Must have good phone presence

Job Duties:

Answering incoming calls about product and services.

Suggest relevant information about other products and services.

Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Maintains customer accounts accurately by processing customer orders and payments correctly.

Recommends potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
