Daily Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative
Ensures optimized interaction between a company and members Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks Leverage voice of the customer, NPSt, root cause, telling the story, call listening, member experience design, elimination and recognition of friction points, identifying automation/optimization opportunities, empower others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve the member experience Requirements: Customer Service Representative
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 1+ years of call center experience Flexibility with hours to include possible OT Intermediate in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Hours for this Position:
9:00AM-5:30PM
