Daily Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative

  • Ensures optimized interaction between a company and members
  • Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks
  • Leverage voice of the customer, NPSt, root cause, telling the story, call listening, member experience design, elimination and recognition of friction points, identifying automation/optimization opportunities, empower others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve the member experience

    • Requirements: Customer Service Representative

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • Flexibility with hours to include possible OT
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

    • Hours for this Position:

    9:00AM-5:30PM
