A professional, technology focused company is looking for an experienced customer service agent to join their team! This is a direct hire - you would be their employee day one. Absolutely realistic room for growth within a large, reputable company! Candidate must have solid, consecutive experience (2+ years in one company) as a higher level CSR. Schedule must be flexible to accomodate Monday-Thursday 9AM-6PM and Fridays from 12-9PM. We are looking for a confident, organized, dependable worker - someone comfortable taking initiative and using sound judgement to make important decisions....Responsibilities:
- Convey enthusiasm while communicating with customers via phone, email or other forms of communication
- Communicates across departments as necessary and in compliance with inter-departmental expectation
- Research information using all resources to resolve inquiries or potential issues
- Document customer interactions and notify managers of any trends

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- High school with some college preferred
- 2+ years' customer service experience (consecutively)
- MUST be able to pass a 10-panel drug screening as well as Criminal Background Check
- Proficiency with general computer applications as MS Office and ability/openness to learn new software applications
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Handles repetitive tasks while maintaining detail orientation and customer focus
- Flexible and dependable team player
