Reporting into the Head of Marketing for LATAM, you will become an essential part of the Field Marketing team, as well as MCA’s sales organization. As a Country Marketing manager, you will ensure a flawless customer journey while driving all key activities to execution. You will also partner with the District Sales Manager, as well as with our key partners to fuel awareness and demand to build the pipeline required to deliver success.

  • Conceptualize, create, and execute demand generation activities that align with the regional strategy, the pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals.
  • Build end-to-end Marketing campaigns and deliver on a flawless customer journey in all activities.
  • Partner with sales leadership on the overall needs, strategy, focus and approach to meet targets.
  • Align closely to the District Sales Manager (DSM) to coordinate and execute custom and industry demand generation activities, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) activities.
  • Work with the Channel Manager in the execution of partner-specific programs to deepen relationships, extend reach and promote growth with the local partner ecosystem, to drive partner awareness, enablement, and vendor preference.
  • Coordinate prompt execution of the Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDFs) and consult with partners on marketing plans and programs.
  • Provide verbal/written briefings to Inside Sales teams on campaigns and activities for successful follow-up.
  • Tropicalize corporate campaigns to execute them locally in your countries of coverage.
  • Ensure each customer engagement is carried out to perfection.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • ​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Marketing/demand generation background, a must.
  • Experience in a Channel or Marketing role with a B2B hi-tech company is preferred.
  • Be a critical, creative thinker.
  • Development and execution of engaging customer-oriented activities with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications - HTML knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge and use of design software (Adobe preferred) in order to design imagery to be used in your communication with partners and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to translate ideas into actions; bring it to execution!
  • Time management, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and a proactive can-do approach that can dwell in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and marketing automation preferred.
