Corporate Securities Paralegal - Dania Beach

Expanding e-commerce company seeks a corporate securities paralegal for its growing legal department. This corporate paralegal will be responsible for a wide variety of corporate matters including corporate governance, SEC filings, board management, corporate compliance, business and licensing, contract and document management. This position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in South Florida. In the alternative, this position can work out of the Boston office or relocated provided. •Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal studies certificate required
•5+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a law firm or public company
•Must have experience with corporate governance and securities matters for a public company and be knowledgeable regarding SEC filings
•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research tools; experience with BoardVantage, Workiva, Section 16 Manager (or similar systems)
•Common sense, great judgement, and a good sense of humor
