Global boutique Miami law firm is looking for a bilingual corporate paralegal to join its team and work family. This paralegal will have 3+ years of corporate experience maintaining corporate records; preparing drafts of various agreements, certificates and closing documents; research; assembling closing documents/binders for corporate transactions; performing corporate entity searches; assembling and maintaining corporate books; and assisting in the due diligence reviews. •Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
•3+ years Corporate experience working in a law firm or similar setting.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
•Proven analytical ability and initiative.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office
•Fluent in Spanish (read, write and speak)
