Integrated RegionalLaboratories (IRL) is a full service provider for clinical laboratory andanatomic pathology services, providing hospitals, physicians, and clients withtimely diagnostic information for patient care. We would love to talk to youabout this fantastic opportunity.

YouWill:
Performaudits of laboratories to ensure accreditation standards are met. Monitorsaccreditation agency licensure status and assists department directors inpreparing licensure and renewal paperwork (CAP, CLIA, ACHA, business license,etc).
Providereporting data including metrics, graphs, and reports
Reviewnon-conforming events and supports corrective action, preventive actionactivities to ensure plans are completed and under control
Participateon multi-disciplinary project teams
Prepare,organize and present performance information for appropriate meetings
Contributeto the annual program and assessment for Quality Control, Quality Assurance,and Regulatory compliance under the guidance of the Division Administrative andMedical Directors
Demonstratethe ability to use good judgement and independent thinking in the correlationand interpretation of performance data
Provideongoing education on Quality and Regulatory compliance as required
Actas a resource regarding quality control, quality assurance and regulatoryaffairs
Qualifications
You Should Have:- A 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science, or Medical Technology preferred
- A State of Florida Technologist License OR the ability to obtain during the interview process
- A State of Florida Supervisor's License
- 2 Years of Experience in a clinical laboratory setting with quality assurance and/or point-of-care testing
