The Controller will assist the President and Executive team in the supervision and direction of the Accounting & Finance operations. You should have extensive experience in managing and producing day to day accounting operations, identifying and implementing new processes and procedures, and team leadership.

responsibilities:

As a Controller, you will serve as a financial leader to the organization by providing

daily oversight of the department, planning and analysis of the financial position of the company, and team management and development. In addition to technical skills, you bring soft skills to the team, including critical thinking, organization, tact and willingness to accept new ways to improve the business, and problem solving.

Provide oversight to AP, AR, Billing, and PayrollAccount reconciliationsReview and correct month end close entriesCapital lease schedules and fixed assetsIdentify and implement new or streamlined processes and proceduresTeam management up to 6 staff 
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in AccountingMasters degree or CPA/CPA Candidate preferred5+ years of Accounting experienceLeadership and communication skills
