Controller (CPA Required)

Parker + Lynch is conducting a search for a Controller in Orlando, FL. This position is responsible for companywide financial and accounting practices and will report to the EVP of Finance. This is a high-profile role and requires a dynamic, proven accounting professional with a desire to affect change.

Job Duties:

Hire, develop, supervise and lead the accounting team, including department goas, objectives, and systems

Prepare all financial reports, including monthly financial result narrative

Oversee accounting, payroll departments, budget, tax compliance, forecasting, audit, and treasury functions

High-profile interaction with senior management

Develop a reliable cash flow reporting mechanism

Assist with and participate in company meetings related to financials

Develop/implement process improvement related to finance and accounting policies and procedures, and internal controls

Collaborate effectively with other departments to affect change

Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; Advanced degree preferred

CPA

10+ years of relevant experience

3+ years public accounting experience (Big Four preferred)

5+ years of supervisor experience

Experience in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
