CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (CQCM)

Immediate opening for a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) who would responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established standards. Manage and coordinate three phases of quality control for all features of work, Monitor daily field activities for compliance with the plans and specifications, and approved contract documents. The CQCM role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process to ensure a quality product.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.S. degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Federal Government Contracts especially DOD Experience is required. Experience working at MacDill AFB Tampa, FL is highly desirable.
• High school diploma with 10 Years QC experience and certifications will be considered in exceptional candidates.
• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ‘CQM’ Certification and OSHA 30 Hour Certification is needed.
