The Concierge interacts with patients and their families to provide a high level of customer service and ensure total satisfaction with patient and visitor experience.  Currently we are looking for individuals with high customer service focus to be screeners at our facility. This individual will wear a mask and ask visitors entering the facility a series of screening questions.

Available shifts are 6 hours, 7 hours and 12 hour shifts. We have both day (6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and night positions (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) available.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·    High School graduate or equivalent (GED)

·    Superior Customer Service skills are a must

·    Previous experience within a customer service position and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

·    Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
