Compliance Testing Analyst - Boca Raton

Well established technology company is expanding its legal team and is hiring a compliance testing analyst for its Boca Raton headquarters.This compliance testing analyst will handle research, analysis and testing to ensure that the company complies with federal and state regulatory requirements. This compliance testing analyst will also document compliance testing and regulatory compliance exams. -Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
-2+ years consumer lending experience in compliance, quality control and/or quality assurance
-Experience with the following laws and regulations: TILA, TCPA, FDCPA, Dodd-Frank/UDAAPs, FCRA, BSA-AML, and/or ECOA
-Familiarity CFPB and state regulators is a plus
-Experience with SQL is preferred but not required
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
