Commercial Lending Team Leader

This is a remarkable opportunity for a leadership role as a Senior Commercial Lending Team Leader with one of our top-tier clients. With numerous locations in and around Central Florida this bank is experiencing fantastic growth, is extremely well capitalized and is considered an "employer of choice".

If you are currently in a leadership role (non-CRE) as a producing manager and have strong credit skills developed through a large bank's credit training program and full-service lending experience - business banking, middle market (C&I) and/or private lending then you owe it to yourself to explore this opportunity.     • Our Client Requests:

  • A minimum of 10 years Commercial Lending (predominantly C&I) experience with some managerial or mentoring experience preferred
  • Strong C&I and middle market lending experience
  • Formal Credit Training required
  • A producing head of the lending team willing to lead by example
  • A team player personality that allows you to get along easily with others in the bank as well as clients of the bank
  • Local lenders to the Central Florida market area only please, no relocations.
