Here is what our client requests:

5+ years of Commercial Banking experience and currently working in the Central Florida market area.

Proven track record of performance consisting of loan production and portfolio management of $10m or more year after year.

Client loan size of $1m to $10m is sweet spot but exceptions made for clients and deals that make sense. Strong credit culture will support your clients needs!

Current notable COI's and a client base to help you transition.

Formal credit training experience.

A college degree or equivalent education/work experience

No relocation, please.
