This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the customer relationship management tool (SFDC). He/She will also be responsible for the processes, dashboards and reporting & analytics that the tool can provide to the business and to the sales organization Other responsibilities include the identification and implementation of processes that relate to: forecasting and high priority prospect calculation, general commercial excellence metrics, sales representative productivity metrics and initiatives, database prioritization and sales entitlement. Establish direction for all commercial excellence initiatives that will have significant direct impact on core and new business growth. Provides comprehensive analytical support developing business and marketing analytics, interpreting data Lead and manage high impact initiatives including sales productivity, prospecting effectiveness, commercial performance reporting, forecasting, and budgeting trends. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze business and team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and providing reports and insights adapted to the different needs of internal customers. Propose, plan, organize and monitor quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of Sales team. Manage CRM, maximizing and improving the value of teams. Provide integrated consultancy for the strategic planning process and it’s execution. Work with the Sales team and other cross-functional organizations to develop and implement plans that drive retention, penetration, profitability, and growth of existing accounts. Identify, refine, and improve processes and develop best practices that increase team prospecting efficiency and win ratios Partner with Market Intelligence team to translate market and industry data into fleet opportunities which will be segmented by region, sales reps and/or industry and followed through the CRM tool. Operating rhythm with CCO and Regional Managers for a quarterly commercial review and territory reviews. Reports will assist regional managers in their territory reviews and in coaching individual reps. Aligns with Sales to drive customer retention initiatives, pricing guidelines and metrics, keep track of customer complaints in SF. Churn management. Create personalized dashboards for Reps (and regional managers) to keep track of PL evolution, conversion rates, volume, services, and revenue achievement. Drive CRM adoption & utilization resulting in improved conversion, sales span of control, pipeline reviews and customer contacts. Define key growth projects statistically oriented and follow through with sales reps in the implementation of these strategies. Profile Industrial Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Finance or related. MBA is desirable. +5 years experience. Relevant experience in business/sales analytics. Strong CRM management (preferred Salesforce). Demonstrated use of effective financial, analytical and project management skills. Business English proficiency. Expert on Power BI Professional Competencies Exceptional communication, leadership skills, able to effectively work across functions and organization boundaries. Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills. Analytical, statistical, data quality controlling, process, and problem-solving skills. Planning & organizational skills, project management. Strong knowledge of MS office applications. Strong writing skills for management reports. Ability to design and develop “C-level” presentations. Strong team player with pro-active attitude.
