We have an outstanding opportunity for a very successful, large community bank who is expanding in the North Florida market area (Jacksonville ) and have retained our firm to build out their C&I Commercial lending team. The ideal candidates are those who love what they do but may be ready for a more entrepreneurial opportunity (no call sheets/reports) and where there is a wide berth of size, type and geography desired. There is also a strong opportunity for those who want to move as a team. If there is synergy in making a move together, consider building out a new market where production loan growth is the yard stick vs pure production.
