As the Central Billing Office Collections Manager, you willoversee all functions of the Central Billing Office across multiple ambulatorysurgery centers.  You will be responsiblefor financial analysis, management, cash flow, billing and collections. 

·       You will manage collectors, customer service representatives andpayment posters

·       Approve financial adjustments for your centers

·       You will monitor the work flow and reassign as workload demands

·       Work in conjunction with the Administrator and Business OfficeManagers at your respective facilities

·       Monitor and analyze reports for your Central Billing Office andoversee the operational success of the Central Billing Office

·       You will conduct staff meetings and provide guidance and feedbackto strengthen your team

Qualifications

EDUCATION: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Care Administrationdesired and/or extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu ofdegree. 
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum (5) years of experience in a medical office setting highlypreferred. (i.e. ambulatory surgery center, hospital, doctors office)preferred.
  • Minimum of five years prior supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrates understanding of patient accounting principles inmanaging large volume accounts receivable and accounts payable in a health carerelated field.
