What We Need We are looking for a Collections Analyst who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you: Analytical, organized, and prioritized t to achieve the requested goals? A decision maker who has strategic vision and great communicative skills? As the Collections Analyst, you will be responsible of maintain the contact with the customer for all account receivables. A Day in the Life Customers delinquency analysis and communication, Special process for customers (upload invoices, PO, statements, etc...), Follow up open items for customers billing/disputes. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting or related, Experience of at least 5 years on accounts receivable, customer care, billing, or accounts payables, Experience in services industries/companies, and B2B relation companies (not mass consumer), Fluent English written and spoken, Excel – Intermediate, SAT regulations – basic.
