We have an immediate opening as a Clinical Appeals Nurse / Registered Nurse ( RN ) / Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in Altamonte Springs, FL! The Clinical Appeals Nurse / Registered Nurse ( RN ) / Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) will be reviewing insurance denials and handling follow up appeals for complex and chronic conditions focusing on Rheumatoid Arthritis and Dermatology. REQUIREMENTS FOR CLINICAL APPEALS NURSE / REGISTERED NURSE ( RN ) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE ( LPN ): More than 2 years of Nursing experience as an RN or LPN More than 1-year of experience with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Dermatology More than 1-year experience working with pre-authorization and knowledge of denial / appeals Pharmacy knowledge is a MUST HOURS OF THIS POSITION FOR CLINICAL APPEALS NURSE / REGISTERED NURSE ( RN ) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE ( LPN ) : Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm SALARY FOR CLINICAL APPEALS NURSE / REGISTERED NURSE ( RN ) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE ( LPN ) : Starting at $26/hr+ (depending on experience) – Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Starting at $30/hr+ (depending on experience)- Registered Nurse ( RN ) BENEFITS FOR CLINICAL APPEALS NURSE / REGISTERED NURSE ( RN ) / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE ( LPN ) : Health, dental, vision etc. 401K For more information about this position please apply to this job posting or email your resume to Mwilliams@healthcaresupport.com #LI-MW1
