Channel Marketing - Mexico City

Strategic Marketing

• Collaborate with various cross functional teams to strategize & plan integrated marketing campaigns within available budget
• Plan incentives/promotions, partners’ engagement/communications activities as well as member acquisition/activation program to achieve business goals

Project Management

• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels through e-mail and product promotions
• Oversee strategy and execution for new member enrollment and existing member retention/activation in the partner program
• Work with cross functional teams (web, direct mail, email, advertising, brands, merchandising, IT, social, mobile) to create and implement compelling messaging and offers to generate enrollment
• Manage marketing agencies to execute program strategies 
• Ensure processes; database, business rules and tools/system are audit compliance
• Manage 3rd party service providers operations, conduct QBR reviews with the regions and various stakeholders

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze data to determine partners buying trends to identify gaps and growth opportunity so as synergize with cross function teams to gain market share
• Validate all promos & payout reports to ensure that there is data integrity and accuracy

Channel Operations & Administration

• Ensure program processes, business rules and tools/systems are aligned to compliance standards
• Manage 3rd party marketing, payout & supporting agencies to ensure all deliverables, rebates and merchandise orders are fulfilled to partners efficiently
• Conduct regular QBR with agency & relevant key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing and Finance
• 5 years of channel engagement experience
• 2- years working experience in multinational companies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and implement strategic and tactical programs
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate campaign and program analysis and derive insights to drive business actions 
• Proven track record in business growth and brand development in region
• Ability to manage at a high level and be hands-on (detailed-oriented)
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines

Knowledge Desired

• Fluent in English (write and speak)
• Base knowledge of distribution component supply chain dynamics
• Base knowledge of customer segmentation and segmented marketing to improve loyalty and retention/activation of customers
• Intermediate knowledge of financial modeling and corporate financial metrics
• Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies, product and volume forecasting methodologies
• Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing operations
