Responsibilities: Ensuring adequate IT Capacity is available for required service levels. Advise service management on current capacity and potential capacity needs. Monitor capacity SLAs for compliance. Examine and provide capacity requirements for new or modified IT services. Provide capacity trend analysis. Addresses capacity-related incidents and problems Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. Participates in special projects as required.
