Business Development Manager
Remote Options Available for the right individuals

We are a rowing staffing company looking to bring on Sales/Business Development Managers to join our firm.Exemplar 360 partners with industry leader Management Recruiters International (MRI) to offer the industry's best training program and substantial income potential. This international search firm specializing in permanent placement and contract staffing. We are expanding and actively interviewing for Business Development Managers in core industries.

  • Responsibilities

  • Research and plan target audience for opportunities
  • Update CRM database with information so we can track your candidates and clients for future payouts
  • Penetrate, cultivate and follow up with contacts driving relationship growth
  • Negotiate contract fee agreements with clients (don’t worry we have all the forms needed)
  • Partner and collaborate with recruiters on new opportunities
  • You must be comfortable in a high call volume and recruiting atmosphere. Although the role is remote; recruiters know that we must have excellent relationship and the ability to make multiple cold calls daily. We are heavily managed by metrics.
