Bookkeeper - Miami

Calling all Bookkeepers! We are looking for individuals who are ready to start working. Accountemps is currently interviewing individuals with experience as FULL-CHARGE Bookkeepers. What is the function of a Full-Charge Bookkeeper? If you have done all of the below you qualify as Full-Charge.

-Receive/Review/Input ALL accounting information into system.
-Keep organized records of ALL accounting information.
-Responsible for Accounts Payable.
-Responsible for Accounts Receivable.
-Responsible for Payroll (not always required).
-Responsible for Bank Reconciliations (bank accounts including credit cards.
-Experience speaking and negotiating with Vendors.
-Experience speaking and collecting from Customers.

If you have experience in the above listed, you are what we are looking for. QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required.
