Bilingual Corporate Counsel - REMOTE - Coral Gables

Expanding Silicon Valley based global software development company is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) corporate attorney with 1+ years experience to assist General Counsel in its Miami office. This attorney will be responsible for entity formation and oversee subsidiary management; maintaining corporate records; and maintaining filings. This attorney will work with the team to manage immigration issues for employees; and draft, review, redline and/or negotiate non-disclosure agreements, SAAS, and other standard agreements. - 1+ years relevant experience in a legal department or reputable law firm handling contracts and corporate work.

- Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing and drafting; native speak preferred).

- Member of US Bar and Authorized In House Counsel in Florida.

- Strong drafting, communication and organizational skills.

- Strong work ethic.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally open to utilizing various technology platforms and systems.
