This position is going to be responsible to ensure the client and driver sales are processed at 100% accuracy as well as being responsible for providing correct and accurate Fair Market Value and Liability for Sale. This person is also responsible for communication with other departments to ensure all sales are processed according the policies. Daily Tasks: Provide Fair Market Value (FMV) and Liability for Sale upon Request Collaborate with Internal Business Partners for unique FMX requests and navigate in multiple systems and tools to produce FMV´s Manage incoming Service Cloud Cases Timely and accurately Responsible for sales processing and financial reconciliation Prompt follow up on sales defects including: missing sales data, payment issues, pickup problems and title resolution Effective communication with Customer, suppliers, and business partners to ensure timely and accurate sales. Prepare multi-unit buyout financial obligations for a Customer, administrative fee calculations, and holistic customer buyout calculations Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 3 to 5 years business experience is required in a strong logistics environment Must have strong problem solving, business judgement and decision-making skills. Must be organized with ability to multi-task with good time management skills. Possess excellent verbal English and communication skills Strong demonstrated skills i project management and analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience reporting abroad Knowledge & Competences Strong organizational planning, decision making, execution and proven analytical skills required Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and user level application knowledge, data entry and typing skills and be familiar with general office equipment.
