What We Need We are looking for a Title and Registration Associate who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you: Able to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks? Able to work independently and function within a team environment? As the Title and Registration Associate, you will be responsible of keeping all client vehicles legal and on the road by renewing registrations for vehicles that require renewal. A Day in the Life Request and upload missing Reg Renewals into X8 Complete research and solve issues that impact vehicle registration Audit Vehicles that failed renewal and generate DSP communication Complete requests for duplicate registrations, corrected registrations, and replacement plates Manage Tolls and Violations disputes Audit Queues for Renewals not sent Audit ETAs for on time completion Administrative Functions Requirements Bachelor´s degree in administration or related Process Management Experience Customer Service Experience Production Forecasting is an asset MS Office – proficient in the following Excel – ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data Word – ability to create documents Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability Critical thinking – ability to think through logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement Ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirements What’s in it for You • A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness • Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays) • Flexible work environments Candidates must be willing to comply with a pre-employment background check.
