What We Need We are looking for a Driver Assistance Representative who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you: An organized person with excellent tracking skills and customer service focused? A team player willing to respond to calls at out call center? As the Driver Assistance Representative, you will be responsible for the resolution of user requirements during a first contact preferably, always governed by quality standards in service excellence at the customer service call center. A Day in the Life Respond in a timely manner to the requirements of Vehicle Drivers in relation to maintenance, insurance, management, acquisition of vehicles (remarketing) and/or any operational question. Registration of drivers´ requests in the CRM system for prompt and proactive follow-up of requests. Provide a guide to drivers in contacts with the telephone center. Requirements Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Administration or Engineering. Desirable Bilingual (English & Spanish). At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent task tracking. Sense of urgency and prioritization. Attitude of service and teamwork.
