Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Glass Contractor

Well-established SW Florida Commercial Glazing Contractor specializing in new construction of impact-rated storefront & curtain wall systems, window & door systems, shower enclosures, and mirrors is looking for an  Assistant Project Manager . Due to a stellar reputation, this glass contractor works for large GCs on some of the most prestigious projects in the area.

Position reports directly to the owner and will be point person for GCs in the field tracking the project and overseeing quality of Superintendent and crew. Responsible for contract administration, change orders, submittals, material procurement, project financials, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed in a safe and timely manner within budget in all aspects of assigned projects.

Looking for self-motivated, hard-working professional with construction knowledge (blueprints & building codes) and attention to detail. Owner is willing to train and mentor.

Compensation : $60k-$75k + discretionary bonus
