The Role:

Bring your love for professional customer service, keen attention to detail and create memorable experiences that ensures repeat clientele. Have a good understanding of on trend cocktails, a knowledge for wine that will allow you to romance the wine list (and upsell at times!) and a want to be part of an experienced and equally passionate team of hospitality professionals - this is your time to SHINE!

You:

  • At least 2 years experience in a bar management position
  • Fast paced, adaptable and quick thinking - without sacrificing a high level of customer interaction and service.
  • A strong wine knowledge and some cocktail creative
  • Keen eye for detail, organised and consistent.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a want to progress through the ranks with industry leaders
  • A love for good wine and good food
  • An inclusive and lead by example management style - be the type of manager that people aspire to be like!
