About the Position:

Our Client was founded in 2012 and has quickly become a leader in the production of baked goods that are gluten free, Paleo, and non-GMO certified. They are eager to find exceptional associates for their temp to hire opportunites.

Set to start : ASAP

Pay Rate: $11.00/ HR

Location: Clearwater, FL 33760

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-7:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing each day’s production schedule and working with the Team Leads to meet daily production goals
  • Responsible for making sure that you have all the tools for success for the day; parts, sheeter heads, pens, oven logs, racks, pans, trays, waterwheel and all assemblies.
  • Ensuring all product is properly recorded on oven logs and WIP Tags throughout the process.
  • Proper teardown and sanitation of all machine parts and assemblies.
  • Mechanical aptitude to be able to assemble and disassemble complex machinery parts for setup and sanitation.
  • Helping the Leadership Team to identify any of the following:
  • o Equipment opportunities.

    o Material opportunities or shortages.

    o Process or process flow opportunities.

  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
  • Ability to learn and apply company standards including, but not limited to, lock-out/tag-out, safety practices, GMPs, SOP’s, SSOP’s and employee handbook, etc.
  • Ability to follow quality standards and ensure those standards are met.
  • Requires ability to maintain focus while working in a fast-paced non-stop environment.
  • Must be able to satisfy Background Screening requirements.
