Country Club Administrative Assistant Needed ASAP, with Benefits!!

Well rounded Administrative Assistant needed for top area Naples Country Club. The ideal candidate in this role will have past experience, and hands on knowledge in the following areas:

  • Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate parties
  • Greeting guests and assisting their needs
  • Working with Vendors
  • Composing Correspondence
  • Proficiency in an intermediate capacity in the MS Suite, to include:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS Outlook
  • Strong, accurate and adept typing skills

 

The ideal candidate for this role will be incredibly professional in both, written and verbal communication and in presence.
