Company in Miami seeking an Administrative Assistant
Office administration tasks including, but not limited to, answering phones, ordering and maintaining office supplies, sorting mail, scanning mail, filing, faxing, photocopying, and organizing office.
Assist with processing tax returns and mailing tax return packages to clients.
Run errands outside office including bank runs for deposits, post office for certified mailers, etc.
Process professional instruction letters to clients in Microsoft Word with proficiency in formatting, spelling, and grammar.
Keep logs in Microsoft Excel and track status of due dates for client projects.
Assist with preparation of invoices and collection of fees.
Preparation of reports for management analysis from the time and billing software.
Bilingual English/Spanish
5+ years of Administrative Assistant Experience
