Accounting Manager - Tampa

Job Description:

Responsible for Hiring, Training, and Supervising Accounting Team (4 Direct Reports - Billing, AR, AP)

Produce Monthly Financial Statements and Other Reporting Packages

Perform Monthly Close Process (Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Recording Payroll, Fixed Assets, Expense Reporting, etc..)

Assist with other ad-hoc projects

Minimum Qualifications:

Accounting Degree

Prior Manager-level Experience

6+ Years' Accounting Experience

Advanced User of Excel

Desired Qualifications:

CPA

Experience in manufacturing or construction

System Conversion Experience

Strong Communication Skills
