Position Summary and Responsibilities

Summary of Position

Uses Professional Concepts to Conduct Review of Customer Requirements, Interpret Customer Purchase Orders, and Process in ERP. Works in partnership with internal customers from pre-sale through to post support activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Order Entry and Maintenance of Commercial Customer Orders in Enterprise System.
  • Conducts Review of Commercial customer documents to confirm Product Scope as compared to the Quotation, Contractual Requirements, Export Compliance, Shipment, Manufacturing Requirements, Global Customer, Project Specific, and Order Specific Requirements.
  • Collaborates with internal and customers to define intent and establish agreement prior to entry of the Customer Order.
  • Researches requests, operational inquiries, and customer complaints, escalating to senior team members as necessary.
  • Assists in the development/improvement of systems integral with sales cycle
  • Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Business School or AS preferred)
  • 3 Years Customer Order Experience in Manufacturing Environment.
  • Intermediate Level: Excel, Outlook, and MRP-ERP Administration.
  • Basic Level: SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Scanning Applications, and electronic data management.
  • Knowledge of Quotation, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Export and Finance principles and practices
