Sequentur is looking for an experienced Account Executives to work in a fast-paced, growing environment, surrounded by talented colleagues who thrive on helping prospective clients win with I.T.  As a member of our Sequentur Sales Team, Account Executives will have the opportunity to drive results that impact the company's overall growth and bottom line, while building long-lasting partnerships with clients.  If you're passionate about helping clients and working hard to achieve your goals, you may be the candidate we are looking for.

In this position, you will:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new Managed Services and Per-Project customer agreements for clients resulting in new and recurring revenue.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products and/or services best suited to their operational needs.
  • Coordinate sales processes with the Sales Engineering team to capture business requirements and demonstrate Sequentur's capabilities.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations, demonstrating ROI and value proposition to external decision makers.
  • Participate in the generation of formal quotations and written responses to RFP's.
  • Track opportunities via CRM tools.
  • Participate in sales meetings, networking and business development events and other duties as assigned.
  • Prepare and deliver reports tracking weekly sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 – 5 years of prior sales experience (including prospecting) and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Adept with IT terminology (in particular, Microsoft technologies) and able to translate technical jargon into non-technical terms.
  • Proven success building new business relationships (interacting with C-level management), experienced in and comfortable with cold-calling.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organization/administrative skills and an excellent communicator (both verbally + written).
  • Able to adapt, manage and prioritize your time well, working on multiple tasks and with various internal teams at once.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a group setting.
  • Capable of front-line interaction with customers with a consultative sales approach.
  • Able to take ownership of your success and for attaining performance goals.
  • Determination & desire to wow clients and exceed their needs/wants.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with major responsibility & minimal supervision.
