TRC STAFFING IS HIRING 2nd SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA

Job Description: The Maintenance Technician performs routine and extensive repairs to include repair procedures on buildings, equipment, and utility systems.

Location: Titusville, FL

Number of Openings: 1.

Starting Pay Rate: $16.00/DOE.

Hours: The first few weeks of the position will be on first shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm. Beginning November 1, 2020 the shift would be Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am.

Type: This is a Contract to Hire Permanent Position.

Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs minor and major repairs on building, equipment, and utility systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains checklist and maintenance records.
• Coordinate estimates for all repairs.
• Custodial duties.

· Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building repairs.
• Experience in mechanical equipment repairs.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Must be able to use and read tape measure and digital calipers.
• Adaptive to physical demands of auditing including continuous walking, warm working environment, bending and lifting parts to audit (up to 50 pounds).

This company will be closed December 23, 2020 until January 3, 2021. Employees will not be paid during this time period.
