Position: Mortgage Underwriter (Service Center Underwriter)

Pay Rate: up to $40 per hour (but let's chat)

Interview Process: Interviewing immediately (phone interviews) offers extended by Aug 17 th and start date August 31 st .

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Review and analyze all credit and collateral documents to provide timely, prudent underwriting decisions to lendersAnalyze each loan to ensure compliance with Company and GSE guidelines as applicableAchieve goals, service levels and objectives. Support established policies and procedures.Extract required information for input into underwriting system of record and generate decisionProvide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Demonstrated effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with Company lenders, employees and departments.

qualifications:
5+ years of RECENT mortgage underwriting experienceHS Diploma/GED RequiredNeeds to have technical capabilities to work from home (Reliable Internet/Wi-FI Connection)

Office locations in Philadelphia, PA, Plano, TX, and Tampa, FL. If you would like to work out of an office locations but not required. Company is working fully remote at the moment with plans to do at least until January 2021
