What will you do:
- Work independently, to monitor and suggest improvements for creative approaches to improve conversion rates, ROI, and PPC/keyword utilization;
- Take our reporting to the next level, by analyzing data and recommending solutions to specific problems, and better-utilizing analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics);
- Confidently make presentations and recommendations to the wider marketing team, recruitment, and clients (when necessary), demonstrating your unique understanding of this area and opportunities for future improvement;
- Ensure implementation of your recommendations is carried out and monitor for improvements, making adjustments where necessary;
- Be passionate in digital marketing and will have a thirst for keeping up to date with industry knowledge, changing trends, and advising the wider business stakeholders of learnings.
If you:

- Loves a challenge and are motivated by every small achievement;
- Has advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PPT mainly);
- Have completed higher education;
- Available from Monday to Friday during business hours;
- Like to work from home and the office;
- Speaks English at an advanced level to rock meetings with other countries;
- Have experience in delivering paid digital marketing campaigns to support the recruitment pipeline throughout both markets;
- Have experience in optimizing campaigns to deliver the best return on investment, through advanced knowledge and experience in campaign and budget management;
- Have experience in confidently making recommendations to improve our campaigns;
- Have experience in providing robust reports on campaign performance;
- Have experience in making recommendations on platform/channel usage at a country level;
- Have experience as a Marketing Manager (preferred)
- Know about Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness (digital and offline);
