Associate Business System Consultant. 

Provides leadership and direction to and works with business customers in identifying and fulfilling their informational needs. Functions as a project leader for systems analysis, design, development and implementation assignments. Default point of contact for IT with the business; brokers contracts between IT and the business, and resolves client and IT relationship issues. Manages and provides expert advice on, the selection, design, justification, implementation and business use of information systems.
