Support logistics activities in the development, design continuous improvement projects, creation and management of KPIs and Operational scaling for new logistics operations
• Monitor, propose and implement improvements in operational processes and procedures
• Develop continuous improvement projects for operational processes
• KPI creation and management
• Implement and monitor innovation projects in (Warehouse and transport)
• Elaboration and dimensioning of logistic operations (including pricing)
•Validate and monitor layout changes, in order to ensure the reduction of movement of people and materials, as well as optimize the use of physical space
•Responsible for training, developing and motivating the team in all functions. Develop and engage employees in order to maximize results and provide sustainable growth in the area
• Interact with operational areas and customer interface
5 years of experience in the field, especially SVC part operation preferable
Completed graduation: Administration, Logistics and similar
- Experience in project management;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (if ok, better)
- Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point).
