The following processes and activities fall under the direct responsibilities of this position:
§ Work in partnership with Regional Strategic Team to design the Promotional regional Events plan based on business needs.
§ Ensure the implementation of the Regional Promotional Events plan as:
- Accountable for content development/review, agenda definition, speaker management, event communication campaign development and local teams’ alignment to assure customers attendance to events.
- Follow the key milestones on achievement of goals and objectives (Key performance indicators)
- In collaboration with Events Logistic team, coordinate contracts, approvals and budget reviews and prepare budget recommendations.
- Compile and distribute metrics - feedback to the Marketing Regional Team.
- Advises management of changing needs of customer base and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirements.
§ Ensure Regional Promotional Events are in compliance with Regulatory and quality requirements, HCBI (Health Care Business Integrity) guidelines and Company policies.
§ Build internal reputation as a credible Promotional Events expert cross Therapeutic Areas.
§ Coordinate and lease with finance the process enrolled for spending program tracking.
