The person hired for the position of Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing and developing an assigned sales territory in a b2b sales environment.

 

  • Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Grow 3M Oral Care business through telephone / email / video sales.
  • Attain set outbound call activity (Effective Calling)
  • Establishes and maintains customer contacts and relationships. Understands the customer’s business and applications to influence key decision makers.
  • Responds to inbound customer inquiries and warm leads to provide solutions to end users
  • Introduces new products, and communicates promotions and value to relevant customers and prospects
  • Demonstrates a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs.
  • Work to attain sales quota, sales quality and sales productivity metrics (i.e. pipeline management and forecast knowledge)
  • Drive campaigns created from division Marketers to grow new product sales and overall territory growth.
  • Shares best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment.
  • Proficient in identifying market trends and account needs reacting to market activity and reach favorable sales goals.

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of combined sales experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance level of English (C1)
  • CRM experience / pipeline management
  • One (1) year working with medical / dentists customers.
  • Three (3) years inside sales experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • Experience leveraging social sales tools / processes (Webinars).
  • Inside sales and field sales experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and willing to collaborate and compromise, including team leadership.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Saleforce.com
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Experiencia:
Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas en el area de Mercadeo / Ventas -3 años de experiencia
