Descripción

Our branch Cab Admin is specialized in multi-property administration – condominiums and urbanizations. Our expansion in this domain has created the need for a Manager, Condominium Administration. The Maintenance Supervisor reports to this position. 

The duties and responsibilities of the Manager will be:
- Human Resources (60 employees): hiring, schedules, salaries and benefits
- Constant control of common areas of the residences
- Quality control of repairs & external providers services
- Preparation & supervision of work orders
- Petty cash accounting 
- Preparation of quotes & checking of invoices
- Stock control
- Writing of all work related correspondence.

Languages required:
- Excellent Spanish & English, both spoken and written
- French and/or other languages: an asset.

Professional experience required:
- Minimum 3 years experience as supervisor, manager or team leader in the DR
- Foreign experience : an asset.

Required knowledge:
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and other office software, preferably on Macintosh  
- Knowledge of electricity, air-conditioning, plumbing, small construction, gardening, pools or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Dominican labor code: an asset.

- Very good team leader: training, practice, assistance, communication and authority

- Punctuality.
