The Transformation Delivery Manager plays an end to end role driving projects from start to finish while managing schedules, tasks, milestones, planning and estimating the work, leading execution, communicating inside and outside the project, delivering to agreed project specifications (cost/resources, time, scope, quality). The Transformation Delivery Managers are experts in project management, with significant focus on Agile Methodologies, software development methodologies applicable in the cloud and on premise environment to solve technology transformation requirements for P&G.
The role requires strong technical skills, subject matter expertise and strong working relationships with 3rd party providers which will be developed on the job via training and direct experience.
The primary responsibility is to lead Transformation Programs and Projects and contribute to the Project portfolio process, ensuring value realization and quality (On Time, On Cost, scope).

Technical background on Cloud/Platform-type solutions, integrations and Solutions Delivery, with demonstrated skills in the following areas.

Software Development Lifecycle applied to Cloud solutions and SAP based solutions: Functional understanding of frameworks concepts for more modern application management (CI/CD, DevOps, SRE).

- Project Management applied to cloud solutions and SAP based solutions: Leverage understanding of PM skills to bring rigor and structure to the delivery of transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs and/or projects is required, this includes skills on Industry standard project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum,).
- High level understanding of Application Integration: Service Oriented Architecture, REST/SOAP, industry standard integration patterns, Service Bus, pub/sub, API based integration is a plus
Technical Mastery:
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technology within P&G environment.
- The role will involve being able to work well with diverse teams, in different organizations, different geographical locations, from both P&G, and multiple supplier resources. Time zone flexibility is important.
Strong collaboration and communication skills:
- This role will require interaction across a variety of levels in P&G and 3rd party organizations and will require regular discussions and negotiations on deliverables.
- Candidate must be able to be firm in interpreting SOW's with 3rd party providers as well as internally with Service teams.
IT Service Operations experience is a plus in areas such as:
- SLA’s and SOW’s, experience in Incident and Problem Management, experience working with external 3rd party suppliers to meet PG's service requirements. Must understand Service Management concepts (ITIL), specifically on Release& Operations
The following certifications will be mandatory throughout the course of the assignment: Scaled Agile Framework SAFE Agilist 5, DevOps Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster, Cloud Fundamentals on every P&G used cloud providers.
